The primary role of the CPU is to review Capital Project proposals submitted by Operation Departments to ensure the submittals comply with Company Standards and Project Planning Guidelines. Also, coordinate the efforts of various technical and budgeting departments to get the submitted proposals approved and executed on high quality and effective manners to ascertain plant integrity and reliable safe operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to be able to perform the following:
Coordinate NAOO Capital Project activities during all phases, except construction phase.
Review proposed Capital Project submittals for compliance Saudi Aramco guidelines, SAEP-360.
Attend Capital Projects weekly review meetings with concerned departments during the DBSP, Project Proposal and detail design phases.
Monitor and report progress of Capital Projects during all phases.
Be flexible so as to work in onshore and offshore facilities and remote areas.

Required Skills/Experience: Have a minimum of 9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Candidate should have good knowledge of the process and equipment of gas-oil separation plants (GOSPs) and water injection facilities.
Be familiar with the eCAP system.
Required Qualifications: As the successful candidate you will hold a Civil Engineering degree from a recognized and approved program.
Minimum Experience: 9 years
Maximum Experience: 25 years
